CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
Rachel Gibson is the dynamic force behind our Client Services team, bringing a touch of Southern charm to our operations from her home base in vibrant Charlotte, NC, where she resides with her loving husband and three wonderful children. Rachel’s passion for connecting with and supporting others shines through in her dedicated approach to her role, making her an invaluable asset to our organization.
Known for her warm and welcoming demeanor, Rachel effortlessly builds rapport with everyone she meets, embodying a spirit of approachability and professionalism. Within our team, Rachel wears many hats, overseeing seminar logistics and preparations, nurturing our partnerships with esteemed seminar venues, coordinating Brendan’s busy schedule, fielding calls with grace, facilitating RMDs and withdrawal paperwork, and engaging with clients on a personal level daily.

Director of AUM Client Relations

K. Michelle R. Kuhn serves as the Director of AUM Client Relations, where she specializes in facilitating the onboarding process for new AUM clients. With a background rooted in education, Michelle brings a wealth of experience from her years working within school environments. In 2023, she transitioned to Grady Group Insurance and Financial Services, embarking on a new chapter in her professional journey.

Known for her kindness, patience, and organizational skills, Michelle is dedicated to ensuring seamless experiences for clients. Outside of her professional endeavors, she finds solace in the pages of a good book and enjoys outdoor activities such as gardening and biking. Family holds a special place in her heart, and she cherishes moments spent with her husband, Jeremy, their four children, and their beloved dog, Barney.

Whether casting his line in serene fishing spots, perfecting his swing on the golf course, or exploring rugged trails, he embraces every moment immersed in nature’s beauty. Chuck’s love for outdoor adventures is further complemented by the cherished companionship of his two faithful canine friends, Charlie Brown and Lucy.

Laura Simpson

Office/Seminar Assistant

Laura Simpson is the Office/Seminar Assistant at the Grady Group.  She oversees seminar preparations and set-up.

Her organizational skills and eye for detail keep the seminars running smoothly.  She enjoys meeting potential clients and reconnecting with current ones.

Laura has an undergraduate and master’s degree in education and has taught school and worked as a college/career counselor.

She also has experience as an administrative assistant and in customer relations.

In her free time Laura enjoys walking, the beach, and helping others.

Melissa Brooks

Marketing, Graphic and Web Designer

Melissa was born in Austin, Texas, and attended the University of Texas at Austin. As someone who loves to travel and explore new cities, she moved up and down the East Coast and eventually settled in Rhode Island, since it was on the ocean. She began working with Gibbs Financial Group over 9 years ago and continues to work closely with the GFG marketing team expanding the brand. She now owns her own design and marketing company. In her free time, Melissa enjoys gardening, hiking, the beach, of course creating art! She also teaches art to “at-risk” youth in Rhode Island.
