Rachel Gibson
CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
K. Michelle R. Kuhn
Director of AUM Client Relations
K. Michelle R. Kuhn serves as the Director of AUM Client Relations, where she specializes in facilitating the onboarding process for new AUM clients. With a background rooted in education, Michelle brings a wealth of experience from her years working within school environments. In 2023, she transitioned to Grady Group Insurance and Financial Services, embarking on a new chapter in her professional journey.
Known for her kindness, patience, and organizational skills, Michelle is dedicated to ensuring seamless experiences for clients. Outside of her professional endeavors, she finds solace in the pages of a good book and enjoys outdoor activities such as gardening and biking. Family holds a special place in her heart, and she cherishes moments spent with her husband, Jeremy, their four children, and their beloved dog, Barney.
Sean Flynn
Life Insurance and Medicare Specialist
Sean Flynn was raised in Charlotte, NC where The Grady Group home office is located and where he lives with his wife Kim and very spoiled dog Daphne. Sean first started his professional career working with senior citizens and children with disabilities. As a result of constant corporate mergers and the desire to work for himself he embarked on a career as an Independent Agent in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry. An industry he has been interested in since experiencing the loss of close family members at early ages and witnessing generations of family and friends not properly planning for retirement and keeping their money safe. He quickly realized he enjoyed helping and working with adults of all ages planning for retirement and those who are retired and focused on specializing in product for these two markets.
Sean finds the work very challenging, yet extremely rewarding and has been very fortunate to work closely with Brendan Grady and all of Grady Group’s financial professionals with various backgrounds of expertise.
Michael Santos
Financial Advisor Associate
Michael is a Northern Virginia native, raised in Woodbridge, Virginia. He attended the Virginia Military Institute, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and business and competed as a Division I lacrosse player, serving as team captain. He now resides in Fort Mill, South Carolina with his wife, Laney, their son, Beckham, and their cat, Phoebe. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events, working out, and playing golf.
Michael graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 2022 and commissioned into the U.S. Army upon graduation. He served as a Field Artillery Officer on active duty at Fort Hood, Texas, completing three years of service before transitioning to the Army Reserve, where he currently serves with a unit in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Motivated by a desire to continue serving others in a different capacity, Michael joined The Grady Group and is dedicated to helping clients accomplish their financial goals and strives to ensure they feel secure, empowered, and stress-free throughout the planning process. Michael’s sense of discipline, integrity, and commitment strengthened throughout his military service and directly influences his work.
Laura Simpson
Office/Seminar Assistant
Laura Simpson is the Office/Seminar Assistant at the Grady Group. She oversees seminar preparations and set-up.
Her organizational skills and eye for detail keep the seminars running smoothly. She enjoys meeting potential clients and reconnecting with current ones.
Laura has an undergraduate and master’s degree in education and has taught school and worked as a college/career counselor.
She also has experience as an administrative assistant and in customer relations.
In her free time Laura enjoys walking, the beach, and helping others.
Jenny Beacham
Meeting & Events Manager
Jenny is the special events and corporate meetings manager for the venue at 522 Main Street. A seasoned project manager and events planner, she handles all the logistics for booking, vendor relations, and event set-up, and helps ensure every detail is considered. Whether it is a corporate retreat, educational seminar, team meeting, or private party, Jenny is committed to making sure your experience at 522 Main Street is amazing!
Jenny is the proud mom of two amazing daughters and enjoys volunteering and playing tennis in her spare time.
Jennifer Gibson
Annuity & Transfer Specialist
Jennifer joined the Grady Group in June of 2025. With over 20 successful years of customer service, Insurance and Real Estate experience under her belt, her clients benefit greatly from her professionalism, experience and knowledge.
Jennifer loves spending time with her family in Wilmington, NC and being the social director of their family band, “The Oh-G’s Family Band”!
You can find Jenn on the dance floor singing and dancing or shopping with her mom or walking her true love Bear, her adorable Goldendoodle.
